Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the VivaFortuna Affiliate Program. By completing the registration form you declare that you have read, understood and accepted this document in its entirety.
This document governs the terms and conditions of the VivaFortuna Casino Affiliate Program (hereinafter, "the Program"). Participation in the Program implies the full and unconditional acceptance of each and every provision contained herein.
To participate in the Program the applicant must be over 18 years of age, have a legitimate platform, channel or communication medium aimed at adult audiences, and not operate from countries where gambling advertising is prohibited by local legislation. VivaFortuna reserves the right to reject any application without the need for justification.
The affiliate undertakes to: (a) promote VivaFortuna's services in a truthful and lawful manner; (b) not use spam techniques, misleading advertising or practices contrary to applicable regulations; (c) not carry out self-registrations or incentivize fraud; (d) keep the information of their profile and payment method up to date; (e) immediately report any unauthorized use of their access credentials.
Commissions are calculated monthly based on the model agreed in the affiliate's profile (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid or CPL). The calculation is performed on the first day of each month for the previous period. Payments are processed once the commission has been approved and the minimum payout threshold configured on the account has been exceeded. VivaFortuna reserves the right to withhold or recover commissions in the event that fraudulent activity, self-referrals or chargebacks are detected.
The following are expressly prohibited: the use of bots or artificial traffic, the creation of one's own player accounts under the affiliate code, direct financial incentives to players to deposit, the use of VivaFortuna's registered trademarks without prior written authorization, and any activity that may cause reputational or economic harm to VivaFortuna.
The processing of affiliates' personal data is governed by the Program's Privacy Policy, available at /affiliates/privacy. The data is used exclusively for the management of the contractual relationship and the payment of commissions. It is not transferred to third parties except by legal obligation.
The creative materials, banners, logos and other assets provided by VivaFortuna are for exclusive use within the Program and may not be modified or reused outside of it without express authorization. The affiliate does not acquire any right over the VivaFortuna brand.
VivaFortuna may suspend or cancel an affiliate's account immediately and without prior notice in the event of breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or behavior harmful to the platform. Pending commissions may be withheld during the investigation period.
VivaFortuna reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect 15 days after their publication on this page. Continuation in the Program after that period will imply acceptance of the new terms.
This contract is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from its interpretation or fulfillment shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of Santiago de Chile, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
