Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and how we protect it within the framework of the VivaFortuna Casino Affiliate Program.
VivaFortuna Casino is the controller responsible for the processing of the personal data provided by affiliates within the framework of the Affiliate Program.
We collect the data you provide during registration (name, email address, channel URL, payment details), as well as activity data generated by the use of the program (clicks, conversions, commissions, panel access).
The data is used to: (a) manage the contractual relationship of the Affiliate Program; (b) calculate and process commissions; (c) prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations; (d) send communications relating to the Program (commission status, changes to the terms, security alerts).
The processing of data is based on the performance of the affiliation contract (art. 13 Ley 19.628 Chile) and on compliance with applicable legal obligations. For the sending of additional commercial communications your express consent will be requested.
The data is retained for as long as the account is active and, once closed, for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations (minimum 6 years). Traffic data (IPs, clicks) is anonymized after 90 days.
We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share it with technical service providers (hosting, payment platform, email provider) under confidentiality agreements, and with competent authorities when there is a legal obligation.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase (unless there is a legal obligation to retain) and to the portability of your data. You may exercise them by sending a request through the affiliate panel (Settings → GDPR) or by contacting our support team directly.
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), hashing of IPs for analytics, role-based access control and an audit log of all administrative operations.
The affiliate panel uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies in the private panel. Campaign landing pages may include conversion tracking cookies according to the configuration of each campaign.
We will notify any material change to this policy at least 15 days in advance by means of a notification in the affiliate panel and/or by email.
